Care in the comfort of your own home

SeaCare understands how important retaining independence is for our seniors.

Imagine your loved one living in safety and able to continue their daily routine. This gives them a sense of well-being and independence, and you and your family relief knowing the important things are taken care of.

This is all possible in the comfort of their own home with senior personal care.

“SeaCare In-Home Care Services is the best agency I could ask for in a time like this. They are large enough to support our growing needs, and small enough to be the high touch company that is attentive to every small detail.” - Krista D.

Personal care is one of the most important types of care we can offer our elders. We provide exceptional support to your loved ones so they remain safe, comfortable and stimulated throughout their daily activities and routines.

We want to see your family member continue to learn and grow.

Our caregivers provide personal care services that bring joy to your loved ones while helping with non-medical tasks.

SeaCare In-Home Care

Personal care vs. companion care

With so many care options, it can be confusing to know which one is right for seniors and their families.

The type of personal care that SeaCare provides on the Eastside (and the Seattle area) involves physical assistance for those with disabilities and mobility issues. Our caregivers are trained to help with these activities of daily living, or ADLs.

Companion care involves help with light housekeeping and errands, but not assistance with performing physical tasks such as dressing and help with toileting.

This type of care also helps seniors live independently and maintain their health while remaining social and engaged in their community.

If you’re curious about what type of care your loved one needs, SeaCare offers free in-home consultations with a member of our care team. We’ll sit down with you and your family member at their home and assess their needs. Part of the process involves finding a good caregiving match.

If you’re unsure about what type of services could most benefit your loved one, give us a call today.
